Fractional (Rational) Exponents is defined in the form of Am/n, where A is a real number, m, n are natural numbers (n>=2).

Am/n is equivalent to its Radical Notation form (nA)m.

For Example:

   93/2 = (√9)3 = 33 = 27.
   84/3 = (38)4 = 24 = 16.
   52/3 = (35)2 = (1.71)2 = 2.924.
